Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the implementation of cash agent plans and strategies. The position monitors the daily operations, and ensures compliance to regulatory and administrative requirements.
- Monitors the workforce schedule to meet the required staffing level and ensures that service level targets are achieved
- Monitors the achievement of KPIs on productivity, service quality, and efficiency
- Ensures that service level agreements are attained and investigates noted non-conformance
- Monitors the daily operations of cash agent network, and coordinates with sales channel personnel Reviews reports and analyzes performance per segment to assess and propose further strategies to Cash Agent Operations Manager – is this the Area Head?
- Reviews performance reports and ensures that irregular transactions are investigated for possible fraud activities
- Ensures that all reportorial requirements by BSP are submitted timely to avoid non-compliance and penalties
- Monitors BSP and audit findings, and ensures that these are promptly addressed and resolved
- Ensures data privacy and integrity of key databases
- Keeps abreast of developments in the banking business that may impact cash agent operations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- The candidate must be a graduate of any four (4) year course.
- With at least (2) years of working experience in a banking industry.
- Experience in E- banking, remittance and other banking products is an advantage.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly analytical and keen on details.
- Team management skills.
- Willing to work in Makati
