Risk Survey

1. Conduct risk survey and prepares Inspection Report.

Claims Processing

1. Attends to/facilitates Motor claims within Branch authority.
2. Forwards to Head Office all supporting documents if claims are beyond Branch authority.
3. Negotiates with accredited shops and/or auto parts dealer on the estimate of cost of repair and cost of part/s.
4. Recommends claims settlements.

Salvage & Recovery

1. Monitor and follow up recoveries.
2. Disposes of/sells salvage parts to motor shops and motor parts suppliers upon approval of superior and Head Office.

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree (Preferably Business or Management related)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills
