1. Recruitment of the Sales Agency Force
- Recruits agency leaders and members of the agency distribution channel in their area of operations
- Scouts for promising areas for expansion and recommends opening business office in these areas if needed.
2 Enhance the agency force’s productivity
3. Distribution Channel Relationship Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years work experience in the field of sales and distribution management
- Exposure in Life Insurance is a plus but not a requirement
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
- Full Time positions available ( North Luzon, South Luzon, MetroManila )(Cebu,Iloilo)
