Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Overseeing the production phase and collaborating with team members to align treatment with visual execution.
- Brainstorm visual ideas (graphic, photo, video) with other members of the creative team.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns and content creation through photo and video art direction.
- Ideate and review art direction of marketing and production output.
- Create photoshoot, visual treatment, styling guide decks for projects.
- Establish set design and prop lists to procure or source props for shoots.
- Execute and deliver on art direction and overall visual treatment for photo and video shoots.
- Style and direct product and editorial photoshoots.
- Attend meetings and shoots to ensure output aligns with art direction and communication objectives.
- Interpret project briefs of clients to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and other professionals on large and small scale projects.
- Work intimately with PINO’s partners to come up with great brand narratives and storytelling through visuals.
- Communicate clearly with team members and external stakeholders to ensure quality of work and to maintain seamless workflow.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BFA, BS or BA degree in Multimedia Arts or any related degree / working experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the creative industry.
- Has thorough knowledge of different visual styles.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks.
- Good eye for visual art direction.
- Experienced with production work and social media marketing.
- Organized, meticulous, has good time management.
- Has problem-solving, multitasking and communication skills.
