Business Development Manager  

As a Business Development Manager in Pineutsch, you will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with the Founders to build the brand and exposure of Klopfer in the Philippines
• Acquiring new strategic partners, and sales channels, including regional distributors, clubs, bars, restaurants, and brand ambassadors,
• Conceptualizing and executing activation events for new sales channels
• Recommending digital marketing tactics and marketing campaigns to support product rollout
• Visiting existing partners to gather customer feedback and market intelligence
• Maintaining the customer database and preparing client call reports
• Updating the marketing library of documents
  

You are perfect for the role if you:

• Bring a successful track record of at least 3 years in a B2B client-facing role
• Are passionate about brand building and introducing new products and experiences to other people
• Have a strong network in the nightlife scene, including club/bar owners, promoters, DJs
• Are comfortable doing cold calls, setting meetings, presenting marketing decks, and negotiating sales contracts
• Enjoy throwing/joining parties, meeting people and creating new experiences
• Are flexible enough to adapt to the ever-changing tactical and strategic direction of a Start-up
• Think positively and bring a can-do attitude to a young and dynamic team of entrepreneurs
• Are detail-focused and organized
