The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communicating and coordinating with other departments on customer feedback. The partner will be in charge of building and maintaining customer relationship by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in customer service and related work
- Graduate of a four-year course
- Customer service focused personality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer software and data processing skills
- Must be hard working and analytical
