Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create & optimize processes, always striving for efficiency.
- Working with monthly and weekly data to pin point issues & bottle necks.
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
- Point of Contact for our marketing partners i.e. Agoda, Booking, Airbnb, Expedia.
- Point of contact for our logistics partners
- Day to day customer enquiries. (we will hire a customer service in next 1 month of this hire and this specific task will move to that person)
Kualifikasi Minimum
Must have:
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Good at excel
- Structured thought process
Good to have:
- Operations experience in e-commerce and/or hospitality industry
