Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for turnover of project from Operations group to Property Management Group
- Conduct punch listing in Condominium units and common areas prior to acceptance from Operations group
- Coordinate with Operation group regarding status of rectifications and conduct regular inspection in unit with on-going improvements
- Responsible for turnover of unit to unit owner
- Orient unit owner during the turnover unit in terms of technical aspect
- Attend to unit owner’s/tenant’s concerns
- Monitor all technical matters of the property
- Prepare technical weekly report
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Architecture, Interior Designer, and other related courses
- Preferably Licensed (but not required)
- Experience in Real Estate-Property Management is an advantage
- Has the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Must have an eye for detail
- Customer-service oriented; Team player; Upholds Integrity
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
- Amenable to work from Monday - Saturday
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
