Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Established relationship/ network with LGUs, NGAs, private sector and NGOs/POs.
- Conduct background and social investigations to identified communities.
- Coordinate/conduct research , profilling, baseline survey and data gathering of the community.
- Prepare and facilitate the immersion, integration, training and deminar for community leaders.
- Facilitate and coordinate with LGU and/or NGO/PO teh screening and selection of qualified beneficiaries.
- Prepare and implement social preparation activities and/or program of the identified communities.
- Prepare, coordinate and implement the resettlement and relocation program for informal settler families and beneficiaries of the housing project.
- Facilitate and coordinate the housing requirements and other pre-selling activities of the housing projects.
- Coordinate the installation and implementation of the Community Development Program and Estate Management System in the newly established community.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years experience in the related field.
- Experience in social preparation.
- Experience in resettlement and relocation program.
- Can deal with different government agencies, private sectors, and NGOs/POs.
- Knowledge in community research , data gathering, and profiling.
- With presentation and facilitation skills.
- Equipped with skills in conducting training.
