Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive cash and check payments from buyers
- Acknowledge PDCs (Post-dated checks) for HDMF, In-house and Bank financing accounts
- Generation and Printing of Official Receipts for In-house, Warehoused and direct deposits
- Update in POINTS all back out, hold accounts as advised by the Buyer, Documentation and Sales
- Posting and uploading cash and check deposits to be submitted to Accounting
- Monitor Official Receipts (OR) from Sales Sites
- Provide information for buyer’s inquiries (walk-in or phone calls)
- Attend Open Houses as scheduled
- Managing all disbursements from preparation to release of payments
- Issue Official Receipts to cover employee and treasury transactions
- Filling all transaction documents
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other related courses
- Have at least 1 year experience in Real Estate or Financial/Banking industry
- Uphold integrity at all times; Trustworthy
- With good coordinations skills
- Must a local residence of Cebu city
