Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Contribute to the realization of SoHo's financial targets in the Visayas Region by:

  • Attaining the sales budget for the period.
  • Ensuring early and timely take -outs/collections of perfected sales for the period.
  • Establishing and implementing a system that enhances the quality of Customer Service
  • establishing and strengthening a Sales Broker network to enhance selling capability.
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback on the market, customers, competitors, and processes that would improve Business' performance.
  • Provide regular performance report.

Responsibilities

  • Generates customer leads in tandem with the Business Development and Marketing teams, sourcing leads from coordination with LGU partners, private corporations, public and private organizations and institutions.
  • Formulates and implements a plan on how to convert leads into actual sales reservations and attains the period's sales revenue budget.
  • Prepares product presentation materials and sales kit for each project.
  • Conducts product presentations and call-outs, and other sales marketing activities as may be deemed necessary.
  • Assists the Marketing team in the conduct of sales and marketing sales events such as Open Houses or tripping.
  • Provides regular feedback on the outcome/results of product presentations and sales activities.
  • Submits regular performance results.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Graduate of a BS Degreee course in Marketing / Management / Business Administration.
  • 3 years of actual field experience in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising related job.
  • Willing to travel to project sites nationwide and spend weekends onsite whenever necesarry.
  • Willing to engage with the company for a 1 year project-based employment.
