Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The HR Specialist for PHINMA Energy Corporation is expected to do the following:
- Attendance monitoring and records keeping
- Benefits administration
- Performance management
- Coordination with the different plant sites
- Other HR-related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or its equivalent
- With at least three (3) year HR work experience, preferably in the areas of timekeeping, benefits and salary administration
- Knowledgeable in the use of an HRMS will be an advantage
- Attentive to details and with a strong sense of urgency, possesses excellent organization and communication skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and can work long hours when necessary.
- Willingness to travel to the plants from time to time.
