Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Project Management Manager has the responsibility of handling the team tasked to manage IT projects, guiding them to follow the principles and guidelines set by the Project Management Institute.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects based on the guidelines and standards presented by the Project Management Institute.
- Supervise and monitor the progress and performance of the project managers, ensuring that project deliverables are delivered at par to a certain quality and within the stated timeline.
- Ensure that the organization is compliant with the internationally acceptable project management standards.
- Maintain ongoing professional development for himself/herself and his/her staff.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; with experience in Software Development;
- Experience in game publishing or gaming industry is a plus.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Good communication and presentation skills
