- Monitors and ensure effective penetration of white space opportunities from existing clients.
- Effective penetration of accounts from existing business.
- Targeted new businesses closed
- Ensures target revenues are achieved
- Achieves high renewal ratio
- Ability to escalate in a timely manner
- Significant contribution to team performance and site performance; all updates of serviced accts are timely in coordination with other teams
- Actively participate in building the corporate culture of Philinsure and practices the corporate values
- Responsible for profitability and efficiency of the business unit he/she manages
- Effective People Management skills; Oversees the training of team members and manages in line with corporate values and culture
