- Fast, accurate, and beneficial analysis reports on the organization's financial decisions
- Timely and efficient implementation of proper accounting methods
- Generates accounting formulas for an efficient working process for the accounting team.
- Fast and accurate forecasting of requirements, preparation of annual budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions for the following.
- Efficient assistance of the CFO such as review of contracts, compliance with regulatory requirements of insurance commission, and other related duties
- Fast and accurate revision of the organization's Non-Disclosure Agreement for international clients
- Supervising and Managing of the Accounting Assistant assigned
- Assists the CFO in the efficient management of the accounting and finance department
- Accomplishes all task assigned by the Team Leader/ CFO
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledgeable in preparations of FS
- Computer literate especially in MS Excel functions
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
