Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare check payment for payable: social obligations, reimbursements, vendors for General Fund and Special projects.
- Posting all payment transactions to Navision.
- In-charge of facilitating the digitize check preparation thru online check writing facility.
- Facilitate the signing of check to authorize signatories
- Bank liaison
- Accountable for all check booklets/bank forms
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in Accounting cycle
- Familiar with MS office and relevant computer software
- Graduate of related Business course
