Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Record, post and encode financial transactions in the subsidiary ledgers
- Assists in the preparation of financial statements by recording and posting of financial transaction
- Pick-up/receive donations in kind and prepare acknowledgement letter to be signed by the Secretary General
- Release and accept voucher checks, field expense vouchers, bills and invoices, and general journal vouchers for processing and filing.
- Attends to annual physical inventory and as requested by the Office concerned
- Responsible for the preparation of property accountability records on acquisitions of non-expendable assets.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of 4-year course preferably of BSBA or major in Accouting
- Computer Literate
