Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage incoming calls to the office
- Review and screen incoming correspondence and documentation for immediate supervisor’s attention
- Facilitate outgoing correspondence and documentation
- Document meeting minutes when required and distribute copies if requested
- Maintain office files, develop and utilize effective filing and retrieval systems
- Handle financial matters including Cash Advance, Liquidations, Reimbursements and Purchases
- Liaise with clerical staff as required to complete projects
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree (4 Year Course) in Education, Office Management or related field.
- 1 years’ work related experience
- Experience volunteering or with a volunteer organisation is preferable
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational ability
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
