Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assesses the needs and the problem of vulnerable communities of the chapter.
- Develops appropriate plans of action for the implementation upon approval by immediate superior.
- Prepares, organizes and implements approved training courses for services beneficiaries and volunteers in the chapter's jurisdiction.
- Prepares and submits periodic progress monitoring and evaluation reports for program he/she is expected to implement in the chapter.
- Assists the Chapter Administrator in the budget preparation for the particular services he is mandated to deliver and promote.
- Actively participate in the PRC overall efforts in volunteer recruitment, volunteer maintenance and development, volunteer placement/deployment and volunteer recognition through the establishment of meaningful opportunities for professional relationships with them.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS in Social Work
- Computer literate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
