Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures a continuing supply of blood in the Blood Center
- Organized public appeals, lectures and other possible venues of promotion to seek support for the voluntary blood drive
- Organizes and conducts training of trainer on donor recruitment and retention and training of donor recruiters.
- Assists in fostering relationships of the Blood Center with the organizations such as NGOs, GOs, and/or LGUs and institutions such as hospitals.
- Identifies the need for ad design materials for advocacy and promotion of voluntary blood donation.
- Continuously seeks for donor recruitment and retention strategies.
- Participates in the conduct of mass blood donations whenever necessary.
- Performs the functions of the blood bank receptionist, blood bank nurse, or blood bank medical technologist
- Performs other duties as assigned by the superiors.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Registered Medical Technologist
- Physically Fit
- Committed to achieve goals
- Could Identify/solve problems and prioritize needs.
- 2-year experience as Medical Technologist
