Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To deliver & manage administrative, clerical and financial management for the Community-based Disaster Risk Reduction (CBDRR) Project delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) programs and activities:
- Manage and coordinate cash flow, cost control management and payments
- Assist the program team with the purchase process, recording, summarizing and classifying financial transactions
- Ensure all financial transactions, reports and documentation are in line with Red Cross standard procedures
- Supervise and support financial and administrative staff
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports on a regular basis
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years work experience in financial management & planning required
- Understanding of basic account systems and software required
- Experience working for the Philippine Red Cross or similar humanitarian organization in a financial management role preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
