Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To manage a Philippine Red Cross Chapter, leading and supporting Chapter staff and volunteers in delivery of Philippine Red Cross programs and services based on the needs of the community with a focus on fund generation.
- Development and implementation of a Chapter fund generation strategy
- Management of Chapter staff, volunteers, programs services and relief operations
- Recruitment, engagement and retention of volunteers
- Organize and coordinate community benefitting activities
- Plan and implement service delivery strategy at a community level
- Oversee and control the Chapter budget and maintenance and upkeep of the Chapter assets
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member/volunteer or with a similar humanitarian/not for profit organization
- Experience in program development, management, and delivery
- Basic accounting or book keeping experience preferred
- Excellent business acumen, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and management experience
