Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Organizes and ensures implementation the Red Cross community programs.
- Partners with the Philippine Red Cross Staff, Volunteers, Chapter Administrators, Project Officers, Community Representatives and Local Government Units to successfully implement projects.
- Recruits and coordinates volunteers to assist with the community based programs.
- Develops and implements sustainable engagement strategies for the community, volunteers & project partners.
- Facilitates ongoing communication between all project partners.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Community Development, Social Work or related field.
- 1 year practical experience in community-based programs.
- Experience with the Philippine Red Cross as a staff member or volunteer is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships within and external to the Philippine Red Cross.
