Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To manage the overall policy, technical processes, policies and guidelines for the delivery of Philippine Red Cross (PRC) services. The Assistant Secretary General will develop programs, policies and procedures to enable successful operation and implementation of PRC services.
- Coordinate and implement the policies and formulations of the long-term and short-term disaster management planning and reduction, volunteer development programs, and overarching control of the PRC blood service.
- Integrate and synergize the disaster management planning, risk reduction and volunteer development programs.
- Formulate strategies, standards and programs to improve efficiency and applicability of policies and procedures to implement the PRC’s mission.
- Explore opportunities for potential linkages and partnership with other organizations, group and individuals.
