Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct ocular inspection of all office to check on fire hazards, leaks and other destructive elements.
- Coordinate with Duty Officers, security guards, and other personnel on duty after office hours, weekends, Sundays, and holidays on matters requiring close attention within the building premises.
- Be available for an on-call basis for any eminent danger to the building.
- Be ever prepared to respond to the building safety requirements.
- Design and post instructions on building routes for the benefit of the first timers.
- Conduct on a continuing basis room to room or office to office inspections to determine conditions which may expose said rooms/offices to unnecessary hazards and implement measures to forestall such.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Civil Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in general maintenance.
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
