Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and plan resource generating programs and activities with guidance and support from the Chapter Administrator.
- Promote resource generation and membership programs and activities within the community.
- Build and maintain effective networks and relationship with business and community leaders to support Philippine Red Cross resource generation activities.
- Ensure programs and activities adhere to Philippine Red Cross guidelines and standards.
- Evaluate current programs and activities.
- Identify and recommend improvement to present programs and activities.
- Support Chapter and national Headquarters with preparation of reporting by supplying accurate data information for monthly and annual reporting.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Marketing, Administration, or other related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in Resource Generation or in a similar role.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Philippine Red Cross volunteers and staff members are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Ability to:
- Make decisions in line with the organizational goals and values.
- Manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborates with team members to achieved shared outcomes.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships within and outside of Philippine Red Cross.
- Flexible and willing to contribute outside office hours.
