Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To manage the project implementation of the Community Health and Hygiene Promotion Project” in Northern Cebu delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in partnership with the Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS)
- Prepare overall project implementation and facilitate preparation of the chapter-based implementation plan and budget
- Oversee the chapter project implementation of activities according to target timeline
- Monitor the progress of the chapter level implementation of all project activities through site visits, meeting with the chapter staff, volunteers and project partners
- Guide and supervise chapter project staff on the technical requirements of the project
- Conduct training and capacity building necessary for the project implementation
- Provide technical and coaching sessions and professional development activities with the chapter staff and volunteers related to project activities
- Support the chater in the coordination process at the provincial, municipal and barangay levels for project partnerhsip
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing or any related courses
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in project/program development and management
- Experience in community-based health programs
- Skills in technical writing and reporting
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
