Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reimbursement & Disbursement: Check documents from employees & release approved amounts for reimbursement & FL incentives
- Accounts Payable: Prepare & check standard attachment requested for payment through online transfer or checks.
- Home credit Coordinator: Monitor & coordinate stores and dealers for HC activation
- Collections: Monitors and collect penalties from AS & AE
- Payroll
- Orders: Prepare Purchase Order for internal record and submit Sales order form to Acctg HQ.
- Account Receivable: Monitor & collect owing of customers/dealers from AE and AS.
- Rebates: Prepare & check documents for customers’ rebates/CM and submit to Acctg HQ
- Bank related transactions: Pick up of ATM & depositing collections
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidate must have experience in Taxation, general accounting, account receivable.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Sucat Parañaque
