Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drive customer market share by driving mobile accessories store activations to increse share of gross adds through retailers.
- Tie up with mobile accessories partners.
- Proactively communicate and build relationship with the partners.
- Create and implement promos which would increase penetration rate, market share, and sales volume.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage the distributor business in terms of order volume and collection receivable.
- Work with Sales Director to build sales capability to help deliver the vision of receivable.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team through improvements to each function.
- Coordinate and communicate between support and business functions.
- Drive initiatives in the management team and organizational that contribute to long term operational excellence.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Applicants should have strong communication skills.
- Must have huge network of connections in mobile accessories distribution.
