Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for building and maintaining loyal customer fan base both offline and online. The Community Officer will be responsible for ensuring active and engaged communities that will have a direct effect on brand building efforts of the company. The Community Officer’s main goal is to establish and maintain relationship with a group of individuals or customers that would serve as our brand advocates.
- Responsible for conceptualizing pilot/pioneer program. Developing execution strategies and key performance measurements.
- Executing fan base building and relations program such as but not limited to:
- Content creation
- Communication strategy
- Regular online and offline activities
- Coordination with necessary team members and third parties to implement planned activities.
- Regular progress reporting.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Event, Digital and PR.
- Must be willing to do field work.
- Must have an outgoing personality and excellent writing and communications skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have an innovative mind-set.
- Can do digital marketing as well as event management.
