Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide administrative/secretarial duties and services for Merchandising and Sales Department.
- Monitor and replenish the Brand Petty Cash.
- Process supplier’s request for payment (SPF) for merchandising and regional team.
- Coordinate with supplier / agency
- Monitor and request office supplies / materials for marketing department.
- Prepares minutes of the meeting.
- Handles telephone call for the team.
- Process and prepare reimbursement for merchandising team.
- Other adhoc task given
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be hardworking, keen to details and willing to learn.
- Should have an excellent communication skills.
- Can easily deal with foreigners.
