Job Description:

• "透过DT系统，统整总部和地区的办公用品需求，并即时处理任何采购流程问题
• Receive office supplies PR from HQ and the regions. And monitor office supply stocks."
• "统购办公室用品，管理品质、服务、价格及交期
• Release PO to suppliers, contorl quality, price, payment terms and delivery"
• "安排办公用品出运至地区办事处
• Ship out of office supplies to regional offices"
• "管理固定资产，管理品质、服务、价格及交期
• Fixed assets management. Contorl quality, price, payment terms and delivery"
• "统整总部和地区的电脑设备需求，管理品质、服务、价格及交期
• Receive IT PR and release PO to suppliers, contorl quality, price, payment terms and delivery"
• "每月购买PPE，包括一次性口罩、面罩、酒精和测试套件及相关药品，管理品质、服务、价格及交期
• Monthly purchasing of PPE. Including face mask, face shield, Alcohol, Test Kits and medicine. And provide monitor list and control of ship out. And contorl quality, price, payment terms and delivery"
• "执行每半年度固定资产清点，并提供对应清点报告、报表
• Perform fixed asset inventory every half year."
• "负责固定资产采购、转移、报废及转卖相关流程
• Responsible for the process of purchase, transfer, scrapping and resale of fixed assets"

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Know how to use excel, at least know how to use formula like vlookup, sumifs. and knows how to use the PivotTable.
• Experience in fixed assets managements (1-2yrs).
• Goal orientated, good at time management.
• Have experience in price negotiation.
• Know how to write 8D report.
• Experience in performing detailed work related to logistics and supply chain is an advantage.
• Familiar with modern purchasing methods, procedures and specifications.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork. (within the Philippines).
