Service Engineer  

The Service Engineer is responsible for providing sales and after sales service through the proper and efficient installation, maintenance and preventive maintenance services by:

• Provides timely and cost-efficient service support to customers based on schedules.
• Maintains effective and efficient business relationships with customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Accurate trouble-shooting of equipment when maintenance issues arise.
• Responds to customer queries pertaining to maintenance and use of the equipment.
• Complies with service and maintenance budgets.
• Seeks out new business through promoting Preventive Maintenance contracts to customers.
• Submits accurate productivity reports daily.

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology, B.S. Electronics or Electrical Engineering major in Electronics graduate
• At least 3 years experience in workshop or filed service repair in a medical environment
• Experience handling/operating medical equipment, such as, but not limited to X-ray, Ultrasound, and CT Scan will be an advantage.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aggressive, customer and results oriented.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications.
• Willing to travel and do field work.
• Fresh graduates who would like to build a career in sales and exhibits the right attitude and skills will be considered.
