Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for planning, directing, and implementing marketing strategies to attain the branch’s profitability/volume targets and corporate goals; for promoting efficient/effective day-to-day operations. Ensures that the work performed meets the agreed upon service levels, abides by internal and regulatory guidelines, that will contributes to the Bank’s overall operational effectiveness.

Kualifikasi Minimum

•Graduate of any 4-year Business Course

•With at least 3 years experience as Branch Head of a Bank

•Must possess excellent Managerial & leadership skills

•Must have excellent Marketing Skills

•Knowledgeable in organizing marketing strategies and action plans a plus factor

On December 16, 1997, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in its corporate name to the present one. PBB is a savings bank which focuses on corporate and small and medium enterprise (SME) markets.
