Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the work of formulating and implementing resource development strategies that are designed to support the fulfillment of PBS' vision, mission, and goals.
- Will be handling Communications, Partner Relations and Scripture engagement programs of PBS.
- Plans, coordinates, facilitates and monitors short and long-term projects and activities for resource generation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate, preferably with at least 12 graduate units in Journalism, Mass Communications, Business or related Course.
- At least 5 years’ professional experience, in communications, public relations or fundraising work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to relate cross-culturally.
- Knowledge and experience of desktop publishing, the Internet, and database software applications.
- Experience in doing budget plans and writing fundraising project proposals
- Able to lead a team, develop strategies and implement action plans.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
