Hospital Liaison Officer  

This job is responsible in ensuring customer satisfaction among clients of Philcare especially those who are admitted in hospitals, utilization management and build rapport with network of hospitals and providers.

Visits admitted patients, discusses patient’s coverage and benefits and issues letter of authorization (LOA); issues notification of non-coverage for non-covered confinements.

• Monitors daily patient’s progress chart to know patient’s needs and current medical condition.
• Helps the patient during discharge by checking hospital charges and professional fees to maximize patients' benefits and to prevent occurrence of excess charges beyond the benefit coverage; advises patient to settle non-covered charges.
• Serves as LOA-issuers’ contact person in the assigned hospital/s and provides them the necessary assistance in the performance of their duties.

• Graduate of BS Nursing or any Medical Allied Course;
• Excellent Customer Service skills;
• Good communication skills;
