- Providing financial advise based on clients' financial and protection needs;
- Acquires newly solicited account of High-Net-Worth clients.
- Providing recommendation to clients on wealth accumulation and legacy planning
- Organize and conduct activities on financial literacy and awareness campaigns;
- Promotes and markets all products and services of Philam Life.
- Ability to think critically and use sound judgement when serving clients
- Provide excellent, personalized customer service
- Achieve personal income target
