Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles support, daily production of team, creates a presentation for team meeting
- Monitors pending requirements
- Memorizes incentives and relays to the team
- Fixes schedule and activities of the team
- Handles all paper works
- Looks for opportunities for team activities
- Willing to work extra hours if needed
- Willing to reply after office hours
- Compensated with 1hr undertime (only 9:00 to 5pm work)
- Reports daily production of the team
- Print paperwork and everything needed
- Handles our inventory giveaways for events
- Supports Recruitment work when there is not much work for support (adds messages in Linkedin)
- Will handle 1 Linkedin account for recruitment
- Sometimes go with executive for client calls if needed. (rarely special circumstances)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Sharp
- Has Mobile Data/ Load / Phone Memory
- Compassion
- Preferrably can drive or has a motor is a plus for mobility
