- 2nd Year- Associate Unit Manager
- Get promoted and get an improved funding by the 2nd year.
- 3rd Year- Unit Manager
- You become a Unit Manager where you would be handling a team and at the same time still earn from your sales.
- 4th Year- Associate Agency Manager
- You are a step away from having your own company.
