- Hire, train, monitor and guide team members
- Create and implement strategies to boost sales
- Create system for recruitment and sales
- Create templates for sales team
- Learn about all financial goals organization through supervising and studying financial performance.
- Learn and master the sales process
- Attain individual sales objectives as well as customer service goals.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Student leader or has experience in leading a team or group of people;
- Experience in sales or entrepreneurship is an advantage
- Pleasing personality; can deal with different types of people
