Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Must complete the online training requirement and certifications to be licensed as junior associate advisors
- Will help acquire newly solicited accounts of individual and corporate clients
- To assist in promotion of financial solutions of Philam Life.
- To perform daily prospecting and presentation calls with potential clients
- To identify client's financial goals and expectations and assist them in selecting appropriate investment opportunities.
- To provide excellent, personalized customer service.
- To proactively contact clients to establish meaningful long-term relationships.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Senior College Students from reputable schools are welcome to apply

- Must be willing to work at least 10-15 hours per week
- Career Changers must have with sales working experience as Bank Branch Frontliners, Call Center/BPO Agents/ Team Leaders, Field Sales- Pharmaceutical/ Medical Representatives, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical Sales, BPO Industry and Tourism and Leisure
- Former OFWs with Sales and Marketing/Management/Customer Service/ Tourism Background may apply
- The personal commitment and relationship-building skills crucial to establishing long-term clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to listen to client needs and provide financial solutions
- Strong people skills with an established network of personal and business contacts is necessary
- People-oriented and can build rapport easily
- Tech and social media savvy an advantage
