• Support the Marketing and Sales Team in different marketing tasks.
• Create/Maintain Leads/Prospect database
• Social Media Job Posting
• Update database
• Study existing and potential clients
• Conduct sales via Phone / Email/ Social Media
• Provide initial communication with Clients
• Provide outbound/inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively converts inquiry calls into sales
• Promote and ensure excellent customer service
• Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, target and objectives
• Use negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain the customers 'buy-in
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Other HR related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Provide administrative support to the HR team

• Willing to render at least 200 internship hours
• Track record of personal, academic and professional achievements, already demonstrated leadership from a top university is an advantage
