Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acquire new leads for Titling Services, Property Management, and Property Sales.
- Do emails and phone outreach, online and offline networking
- Give attention/tend to existing leads for the company's main services.
- Close clients.
- Nurture Leads through email and phone calls
- Prepare contracts from existing draft templates
- Sign service contracts with clients.
- Ensure notarization of contracts.
- Ensure proper filing of closed contracts.
- Coordinate with the appropriate person for the servicing of newly-closed clients.
- Develop sales and marketing plans.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS Graduate, preferably Marketing;
- At least two years experience as Sales/Marketing person;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
