Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Market vacation and long-term rentals (condos & other residential properties) online.
- Book viewings / site visits for prospect tenants with our property managers
- Book reservations for short-term stays
- Take calls and emails, handle inquiries from prospect tenants and guests
- Coordinate with the accounting staff and with the documentations staff for proper accounting and for preparation of lease documents for long term tenants.
- Other tasks related to marketing and closing of clients, guests and tenants for the company's Property Management Services.
