Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
- Coordinate business activities with other departments.
- Maintain, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing communications, related to marketing department.
- Support staff in handling leads, oppotunities. projects and other assigned works.
- May conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation as requested by superiors. (Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.)
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Assist in events and affairs related to the Marketing Department. (Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.)
- Assist with maintenance of the organization and its offices.
- Other duties as assigned by Marketing Head or designated superiors.
- Cold Calls
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Coordinates with Production Team
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably at least one-year working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Has a good communication and leadership skills
- Computer Literate: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work overtime if requires
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City
