Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieves 100% of assigned business target.
- Submits and provides baseline information on industries assigned.
- Provides client information and updates & customer feedback to the BDM.
- Conducts handling of accounts following the approved corporate direct sales process.
- Endorses proposals to BDM and AVP with limits up to the Actuarial approved rates.
- Reviews and provides recommendations on pricing, on benefits package and the like to see the feasibility of closing the account.
- Escalates all pricing and benefit concerns to the BDM to discuss for approval with the President.
- Prepares client proposals, presentation materials, and correspondences.
- Schedules meetings, presentations and negotiations depending on the size and sensitivity of account.
- Endorses new accounts together with all the attachments and supporting documents provided by the Account Officer to Actuarial Team, QRFT, Underwriting Team, and Account Management Support Team.
- Monitors assigned accounts and leads on a monthly basis, together with the required information on industry reports.
- Attends internal meetings as required.
- Collaborates with the team and the co-AOs on project planning.
- Compliance with account requirements on KYC policies, good governance, and other policies concerning accounts management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four-year Business Course
- With at least 1-3 year experience in Client Acquiring and Accounts Management
- Willing to work in Taguig or Makati
- Can start immediately
