Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Upselling to existing clients
- Consistently achieve sales revenue targets by religiously implementing and managing lead generating and conversion activities.
- Ensure profitable deals through excellent consultative selling skills.
- Execute the sales strategy.
- Proactively reach out to opportunities
- Help organize workshops with key client executives to capture business
- Effectively work with project teams within the company and that of the clients'
- Action and work oriented
- Build excellent relationships with prospects and clients
- Ensure leads and client database is updated.
- Maintain good customer relationship.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions aligned with company strategies and operations.
- Close new buisness deals by integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
- Strong process orientation
- Succesful background in Consultative selling
- At least 3-years experience of ERP and Enterprise Solutions and negotiation
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good interpersonal, prospecting skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Outstanding closing skills
