Business Relationship Manager  

Finds is a global travel company that focuses on local experiences. Our mobile application features published recommendations from local experts we interview from around the world who capture the essence of each city.

As a Business Relationship Manager, your job is to contact businesses, develop a relationship with them, and sell our business products. Specifically, we are trying to build a mutually beneficial gamified ecosystem on our mobile application that brings customers to businesses. After selling our business products, you are expected to provide the best customer service to our partners if they need help. The job comes with generous bonuses for bringing in new accounts and retaining old accounts.

Responsibilities

• Contact businesses that Finds features to establish a relationship
  • Update their contact information on our platform
  • Get permission to use their photographs for our mobile application
• Sell our products to businesses or come up with other opportunities for collaboration and partnership
• Become the contact person for new and retained accounts
• Safeguard the Finds brand by always being professional and clear in your communication—never lie, overpromise, or misrepresent our company in any way!
