HR&Admin Officer

We are looking for a well-rounded professional that can deal with HR and Administrative tasks to maintain a balanced work-life office and develop the team. If you are a responsible, likes to deliver the highest levels of service, self driven, and an employee that demands the best from the company and its people, then we’d love for you to join the team!

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact of the company for all HR-related queries
  • Support Recruiting (make JD’s, follow up with PB)
  • Drawing up a training plan
  • Coordinate staff training and development
  • Producing materials needed for training
  • Deliver regular small trainings (e.g.: expensify, fill forms and so on)
  • Prepare the monthly Town Hall and respective presentations
  • Monthly company Awards
  • Prepare and Organize the annual convention
  • Update the Employee Handbook
  • Organize monthly team gatherings
  • Control salary invoices to make sure all is accordingly – support to finance
  • Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally
  • Coordinate HMO renewal and payments
  • Prepare agreements (HR or non HR related)
  • Do the 1st interview together with the Team Leader
  • Prepare and make semi-annual reviews and propose improvements
  • Manage all business administration tasks within the company including tasks for the management such as booking hotels, flights or reimbursements
  • Premises management
  • All other administrative tasks as required

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications and Skills Needed

  • HR and/or legal related course College graduate.
  • 3-5 years HR background and people management experience required
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Passion and understanding people and match that with the best interests of the company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office computer skills
