Manager in charge of all aspects of the Deliver-EZ program in the Philippines. The Manager working for Penbrothers but taking specific direction from the Leadership of Deliver-EZ in the USA. The Manager will have overall responsibility for the cost budget, the service key indicators and continuous improvement of the Deliver-EZ business and specifically the Operation in the Philippines. Along with the oversight of the Control Tower operations of Deliver-EZ, this Manager will also support the management of the Finance and Accounting backroom function of PenBrothers staff working on the Deliver-EZ program.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead interface between Deliver-EZ and Penbrothers
- Management, development and control of SOP's
- Manager of business continuity Plan
- Manager of emergency communication
- Manager of control tower Operations
- Manager with Operational oversight of F&A Depart.
- Manager Deliver-EZ site Maintenance / Repairs
- Manager of Deliver-EZ site Security
- Manager of Continuous operations performance
- Distribution of Dashboards / performance reporting
- Manager of Customer Chat / Service interface
- Managing all staff working for PenBrothers support Deliver-EZ
- Support Employee Preformance activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 10 year progressive management experience with labor force of > 50 staff
- Successful working in a high level customer service environment
- Has a working knowledge of e-commerce / final mile logistics
- Experience in Security
- Has Experience in Maintenance & Repairs
- Equalivant to 4 year USA University Degree (USA Master Degree equivalent would be bonus)
- Education or equivalent work experience in Logistics Field or Business Administration or
- Education of equivalent work experience in Industrial Engineering Field

- Strong English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage Profit and Loss
- Reporting including root cause analysis
- Employee training abilities and skills
- Customer first mentality
- Reliability, and committed to highest level of integrity
- Leadership ability to work remotely with US Base HQ Org.
